COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Conventional Oven:

  1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  3. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Grill:

  1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
