I ordered these as a surprise for my family and it went over gangbusters. Everybody enjoyed them. It has a rich, dark flavor. Just what you want. Absolutely delicious. Randall

The taste was okay, a bit salty, and the skin part had a gelatinous texture, but the lean meat part was too tough to eat, so I dropped it.
