Wangxiang Fresh Purple Yam Noodles 400 グラム

My second purchase of these purple yam noodles from Weee. Served it with sliced Bobo fishballs which I purchased the second time from Weee

I don't taste the purple yam flavor much but the kids like the color. One pack is enough to serve 2-3 people.

I love the color of the noodle.

Noodles only has yam color, but no yam taste. They are quite starchy and soggy. I prefer bouncy noodles. So, they don’t meet my preferences!

Fresh noodles so it need to be stored in the refrigerator to keep the freshness, keep frozen if you want to use it longer than a week. Easy to cook. Best when use in soup or cold mix. Not recommended for stir fry. It will be sticked all together or sticked to your pan.

It’s nice! Don’t over cook though.
