• Simply remove clothes and items from machine, toss one appliance cleaner pouch into washer, run on Clean Washer Cycle or in a normal hot water cycle; wipe away any remaining residue with a towel when cycle is complete
• Use this septic tank-safe washing machine cleaner once a month to help maintain a clean washing machine; for existing odors or residue, use once a week for three consecutive weeks, then once a month for maintenance

How To Use

If odor is a problem or visible residue already exists, use one pouch per week for three consecutive weeks following these instructions.

For all machines, remove clothing or other items from washer.

Tear open one pouch of OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner and pour into the washer drum.

Note: Do not add any detergent to this cycle.

Select the “Clean Washer Cycle”. If washer does not have this cycle, add OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner to drum and run a normal cycle using hot water. Start the machine.

After the cycle is complete, wipe any residue that may be left behind with a towel, including on drum, door, rubber gaskets and seals. Leave the door open to allow for better ventilation.

Then use one pouch per month for maintenance to help keep your washing machine clean!

Tips to keep your machine fresh:

• Always remove items from washer as soon as the cycle ends.
• After washer cycle is complete, leave door open to allow for better ventilation.
• Use only HE compatible detergents in HE washers.
• Leave the dispenser drawer open at the end of washer use.
