This is my first time shopping on Weee. Seriously, not a good shopping experience. Goods delayed delivery window by an hour (received after 8:30pm). Ordered two boxes of yellow cherries, but only received one. Immediately called Weee customer service, customer service staff #1044 informed that the warehouse staff had left a box and agreed to refund. I told customer service I don't need a refund, I want what I bought. Sadly, I was told that due to the epidemic, Weee could not send me a replacement. What I can't understand is that Weee can ship normally, but can't reship, is this logical? This was my first time to shop on Weee. Not a good experience at all. It was delayed an hour than the delivery window (delivered after 8:30pm). I ordered two boxes of Rainier Cherry but only received one box. Immediately called Weee customer service. The representative #1044 said the mistake happened at the warehouse and was willing to refund to me. I told CS that I do not want the refund, I want the merchandise I ordered. Unfortunately I was told Weee can not resend the merchandise due to the Covid situation. It does not make sense to me Weee can ship the orders but can not resend the missing items!
