When I opened all three, they were full of oil, which was great.

I was so excited to try these salted eggs. As soon as I put my delivery away I opened one to try them. The egg was excellent with porridge which I topped with some grated ginger, scallions, fried shallots and chili oil. The egg was just salty enough to balance out the dish but not so salty that it was overpowering.

This is my first time buying this brand of salted duck eggs and I am very pleasantly surprised! Oily duck egg yolk! Very delicious! I have bought many brands of salted duck eggs in the United States, and this is the most delicious! Will continue to repurchase!

Please forget about how does the package look like, because salty eggs inside are sooo goooood, will buy it again definitely.

The duck eggs are very big. One of the eggs that just arrived last night has been wiped out this morning. The yolk was runny.
