I bought two kinds of meat buns, Weiquan (right) and Jiajia (left), and steamed them for two comparisons: Weiquan has a lot of stuffing, and there are bamboo shoots in the stuffing. Otherwise, the skin is not fluffy enough and a little sticky. Jiajia's skin is thicker, the filling is less, and it is a little dry. Just my personal taste will lie to the taste of the whole. It should be a new flavor, buy it and try it. It tasted crunchy, it should be bamboo shoots, but there is no bamboo shoot flavor, I think it is a bit salty. I still like their cabbage meat buns.
