Filling: Ground pork, leek, cabbage, water, soybean oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), sesame oil, ginger, monosodium glutamate, suagr, salt, and ribotide (disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5'-guanylate).

Wrapper: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, egg white, and salt.
