Wo Chong Silken Tofu

With a delicate consistency, silken tofu is like solid custard. This Wo Chong package contains undrained and unpressed tofu. Because it is non-porous, it doesn't soak up marinades, so stir fries will not be its friend. But, did you know you can blend it up to create your own soy milk or cream substitute? Use it to make dips, egg meals, desserts, and even...veggie burgers.
