I tried to make this myself so many times and always fail and I have to tell you that I am a very good cook and pastry chef but this thing is not easy to make so I’m so happy that WEEE sell this. Hopefully the price stay the same.

Made Chinese fermented rice soup with pork and egg. Although the rice wine has a lot of rice and very sweet, it lacks any wine tastes. I had to add almost half a bottle of sake to get the wine flavor in the soup.
