About Ramen:
Since the post-war period, Yawatahama's "Yawatahama Chanpon" has become a beloved soul food among the city's residents. While many port cities across Japan are known for their specialty chanpon dishes, Yawatahama Chanpon distinguishes itself with its variety of ingredients and its golden dashi soy sauce broth.
[Contents]： Noodles: 110g x 2 packs Soup base: 30g x 2 packs
[Shelf Life] :90 days at room temperature. Please store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
[How to cook]
1.In a large frying pan, add salad oil (for extra flavor, you can also add a moderate amount of lard). Fry prepared pork, vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions), fish cakes, or dried small fish until cooked.
2.Cook the noodles.
In a large pot, boil 2 liters of water per pack of noodles. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and separate them with a spoon. Boil on high heat for 30 seconds, then reduce to medium heat and cook for about 2 minutes.
3.Dilute the included soup base with approximately 300ml of hot water. Pour into the frying pan from step 1 and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute.
4.Transfer the cooked noodles from step 2 into the frying pan from step 3. Cook over medium heat for 30 seconds.
5.Serve and enjoy. (To enhance flavor, sprinkle with pepper according to personal taste.)
