these are really, really good. Not too sweet. The white topping that comes with it is equally yummy. The filling is ube,of course, and perfectly sweetened. I've put in my second order. Highly recommend it. Give it a try.

These Ube bao are really good when you reheat them in the microwave with some water and a loose cover. They come with a sweet coconut milk sauce that isn't super necessary but good for the experience. The Ube Bao are delicious and not too sweet.
