Well packaged and good quality. Thought there would be a bit more product. But, can’t wait to cook with it!

The quality is better than average. Loves dried scallops due to the intense aroma. This is the Hokkaido variety. Very easy to rehydrate. Loves using it when I make sticky rice. Will rehydrate in just a few hours. Great to added to congee. Then it is better to rehydrate it overnight or eight hours or so.
