FollowSurprised to find this Gluten Free noodle. The taste and texture are very good, a little Q-bounce texture (hope no edible glue or something). Like other GF noodles, the soup will become muddy when boiled, so take out the noodles and prepare another stock or clear broth for the noodle soup. All in all, very satisfied with this noodles, will repurchase 👍
