I always buy this brand of beef. There are two pieces in a pack. Prepare the ingredients by yourself (one fragrant leaf, one Atractylodes, one star anise, one cinnamon, one spoonful of Chinese pepper), then a piece of rock sugar and half a bowl of fish sauce, put it in a pot and boil water. After the water is boiled, put the well-watered cattle show into the pot, and after the high fire boils, change the fire to low. After an hour, add the white radish and continue to simmer for an hour. The boiled radish beef soup can be eaten that night. I just stayed and waited for the soup base to make the noodles the next day.
