FollowThe crust of this Hong Kong-style egg tart is really good. The nine mini tarts have a less sweet version. They use 70g of egg wash, 125g of fresh milk, and 25g of sugar. They are placed on the bottom layer of the oven and baked at 350F for 20 minutes. It's delicious.
