I stir-fried some cabbage and carrots and then added the bihon noodles into the pan. I added water and seasoning to it and let the bihon noodles cook down for a few minutes, and my side dish is done! It's simple to prepare and you can add any ingredients to it as you like. You can prepare it as a dry noodle dish like I did (see photos), but you can even make noodle soup with them. The noodles are light and soft, and soaks up whatever sauce or seasoning you add to it. It's like a sponge! I served it with pork tocino and it was absolutely delicious and easy to prepare.
