It's really fluffy, I use it for stir-frying:
Pour oil into the pan, fry the eggs and set aside
Pour oil into the pan, add chopped green onion and fry until fragrant, add chopped cabbage or cabbage
Add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry the side dishes. Pour in the steamed buns and stir-fry evenly. Stir-fried steamed buns
After it is soft, just pour in the eggs (salt should be put in the side dish, if it is put in the end, it may stir fry unevenly)
