FollowI made Vietnamese banh canh with the konjac udon noodles. The noodles have the same appearance and slippery texture as udon but because it’s made from konjac, it has more of a crunch than chew compared to normal noodles. It’s still pretty good though snd can satisfy a noodle craving.
