I learned how easy it is to make tamarind juice after visiting the Maldives. I wanted to share this super easy juice recipe with the Weee community ❤️☺️ Weee sells a very sweet tamarind that is perfect for this. This recipe is for the whole 1lb box. Peel the crunchy shell and remove the inner veins. Boil 4 cups of water and pour over the tamarind and let it rest for 45min to 1 hour, just long enough to easily squeeze the hard seeds out. Strain the tamarind and add 2 cups of cold water. And that’s it! Dilute even more to your liking or mix it with other juices🍹it’s delicious by itself and a great source of potassium 😀

Tôi muốn chia sẻ công thức nước trái cây siêu dễ này với cộng đồng Weee ❤️☺️ Weee bán một loại me rất ngọt rất thích hợp cho việc này.Công thức này dành cho cả hộp 1lb.Gọt bỏ lớp vỏ giòn và loại bỏ phần gân bên trong. Đun sôi 4 cốc nước rồi đổ me vào và để me nghỉ từ 45 phút đến 1 giờ, vừa đủ lâu để me dễ dàng bóp bớt hạt cứng.Lọc me và thêm 2 cốc nước lạnh.Và thế là xong!Pha loãng hơn nữa theo sở thích của bạn hoặc trộn nó với các loại nước trái cây khác🍹 tự nó đã ngon và là một nguồn cung cấp kali tuyệt vời 😀
