I’d never had Taiwan spinach before and it was on sale so I tried it. It has long stems and big leaves. The stems taste like celery raw. I sautéed it with garlic, ginger, onions, mushrooms and tea flavored tofu. The stems became very tender when cooked and the leaves cooked down and soaked up all the vegan oyster and soy sauce flavor. 저는 대만 시금치를 먹어본 적이 없는데 세일 중이라 먹어봤어요. 줄기가 길고 잎이 크다. 줄기는 셀러리 생것과 같은 맛이 난다. 마늘, 생강, 양파, 버섯, 차맛 두부와 함께 볶았습니다. 줄기는 익히자 매우 부드러워졌고 잎은 익혀 비건 굴과 간장 맛을 모두 흡수했습니다. 너무 맛있어서 아이들도 좋아했어요.🎶: Shivers - 에드 시런

台湾ほうれん草は食べたことがなかったのですが、セールになっていたので食べてみました。長い茎と大きな葉が特徴です。茎は生セロリのような味がします。にんにく、生姜、玉ねぎ、きのこ、茶豆腐でソテーしました。茹でると茎がとても柔らかくなり、葉が煮詰められ、ビーガンのカキと醤油の風味が染み込みます.子供も喜んでくれてとても良かったです。🎶: シヴァーズ - エド・シーラン
