Finally got to try Cebuchon and was pretty happy about how it turned out. It was so easy to prepare and was a great addition to our family get together. It was already pre seasoned. A little salty which was good but a little bit heavy on the herbs for my taste. Overall, it turned out delicious. The skin was so crispy and the meat was nice and tender after cooking it for couple hours switching between 400 and 350 degrees. One thing I’d like to note, I bought the Andoks lechon sauce to try and pair with the Cebuchon which sadly ended up in the trash since I did not like the artificial sweetener after taste. So, my recommendation as far as sauce goes would be to stick to Mang Tomas Lechon sauce (my go to brand) or make a nice vinegar dipping sauce instead and you’ll be golden.
