Tuna belly, also known as “toro,” is the prized and often sought-after part of the tuna fish. It’s the fatty belly section of the tuna, known for its rich and buttery flavor, delicate texture, and marbling. This one is about 1 lb, with thick hard scales. There’s no sliminess but it did have a slight fishy smell. After removing skin and frying, the smell went away and it gets very tender. It is also mildly salty. Delicious 😋

"토로(toro)"라고도 알려진 참치 뱃살은 참치에서 귀하고 인기가 많은 부분입니다. 풍부하고 버터 같은 풍미와 섬세한 질감, 마블링으로 유명한 참치의 기름진 뱃살 부분입니다.이것은 두껍고 단단한 비늘이 있는 약 1파운드입니다. 끈적임은 없지만 살짝 비릿한 냄새가 났습니다. 껍질을 제거하고 튀기고 나면 냄새가 사라지고 매우 부드러워집니다. 또한 약간 짠맛이 있습니다. 맛있다 😋
