Features
◎A container with a drainage saw that can completely hold one tofu.
Can be used for draining and storing tofu.
The inside of the container has a drainage screen. Can be used for draining and storing tofu.
For light draining, leave for 30 minutes to an hour; for firm draining, leave for several hours.
Simply pull the drainage saw upward to remove the tofu without destroying it.
The drainage saw can also be used as a cutting board with 1cm increments.
When storing, add enough water to soak the tofu and change the water every day for best results.
