Ingredients: Water, soy sauce (soybean, caramel color, wheat, salt, and water), cane sugar, salt, garlic, monosodium glutamate (as flavor enhancer), caramel color, pepper, citric acid (added to provide tartness), disodium inosinate guanylate, and 0.1% sodium benzoate.
