A: If you did not complete payment on the order, the system will generate an “Unpaid Order.” It can be found in your “Account” under “Unpaid Order.” These unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system if they are not paid for within 15 minutes. Once the system cancels the order, the coupon can be used again.
Q: I received an email to use a coupon, but when I try to use it, the system informs me that I do not meet the conditions to use it. What should I do?
A: You might have 2 accounts, one with WeChat and one with your email. Log out of your current account, and log back in again with the email address that contained the coupon code. Try applying the coupon again with this email.
