Arawana 植物調合油 1800 ml(ミリリットル)

This oil is very clear and light gold. Sometimes I will blend it with either Olive or Almond Oil to lessen density to make food lighter, crispy and less greasy. Great for deep frying and stir fry recipes. The economy size is worthy every penny.

It has a pleasant smell without being overpowering or too much. I used it for frying tofu bits but unfortunately I didn’t have enough coating sticking to the tofu bits to work. I would use the remaining to cook something else in the future though.
