No need dip in water

First time trying this "no water needed" rice paper. They truly don't require water as the water from washed veggies soften the rice paper, however, the part where veggies are not placed will be dry but not brittle, a wipe of moisten paper towel is all you need, they are thin too, so it's not ideal to wrap and let it sit, it must consume ASAP otherwise it breaks .
