Made in the microwave according to the directions. it came out very well. I liked the heat and the flavor, reminded me very much of chili oil, but the packets of liquid were slightly sour which was very mild but enjoyable. Added some steamed vegetables and will definitely be buying it again.

Very spicy but not a great spicy taste fish it was more flavorful.noodle is good texture but wouldn’t buy again

중국 본토 산시성 바오지시 치산현에서 냉면 6봉지를 샀어요. 벌써 두 봉지를 먹었네요. 저는 면을 전자레인지에 살짝 데운 다음 육수를 넣고 숙주나물을 넣어 반찬처럼 끓여 먹어요. 매운 걸 잘 못 먹어서 고추기름을 조금 넣었고, 맛을 더하기 위해 MSG도 약간 넣었어요. 뜨거울 때 먹으면 면발이 쫄깃쫄깃하고 정말 맛있어요. 저는 산시성 치산현에서 19년 동안 살았는데, 그곳은 냉면의 고향이라 정말 좋은 곳이에요. 그곳의 다진 고기 냉면도 정말 맛있거든요. 이번 구매는 정말 만족스러워요. 고향의 냉면을 이렇게 멀리서도 찾을 수 있을 거라고는 생각도 못 했거든요.
