Made in the microwave according to the directions. it came out very well. I liked the heat and the flavor, reminded me very much of chili oil, but the packets of liquid were slightly sour which was very mild but enjoyable. Added some steamed vegetables and will definitely be buying it again.

Very spicy but not a great spicy taste fish it was more flavorful.noodle is good texture but wouldn’t buy again

中国陝西省宝鶏市旗山県で冷麺を6袋買いました。すでに2袋食べました。作り方は、麺を電子レンジで軽く温め、スープと混ぜ、緑豆もやしを加えておかずとして調理します。私は唐辛子をあまり食べないので、ラー油を少し加えました。風味を増すためにMSGも少し加えました。熱いうちに食べると、とても歯ごたえがあり、とても美味しいです。私は19年間陝西省旗山県に住んでいましたが、そこは冷麺の故郷という素晴らしい場所です。ここのひき肉麺も絶品です。今回の購入にとても満足しています。まさかこんなに遠く離れた故郷の冷麺に出会えるとは思いませんでした。
