Smell is good, but I don’t think the toner actually helps my skin.

I should've paid more attention. I thought it was a lotion as in moisturizer, but it's a toner. it's very good, makes my skin feel hydrated, and I can slather it all over without it burning around my eyes. I don't much like the scent, but it's light and dissipates quickly. A great bargain as well.
