最爱这个牌子的粉 快递员态度特别差，很早打电话叫我们出去拿，结果等了很久人还没到。不愿意送到我们门口。关键是态度还特别差！好像我们欠他钱一样。这次到了打电话给我们，因为在外面不方便接听错过了，他直接走了也没有尝试送进来。我们小区流量非常大，基本等1-2分钟就有车进车库，人也很方便进来的。之前的快递师傅都毫无问题，就这个人硬说进不来。后来叫他再送，居然就说送不了了，叫我找客服。大晚上的客服也没人接。客服电话也是死循环，说什么按0接人工，结果就直接没了，又回到机器。之前已经投诉过一次了，没有任何好转。请换快递！请把我的货按时送到。否则只好忍痛舍弃这么好的平台了。不想因为一颗老鼠屎坏了一锅粥。
