Beijing Style Braised Pig Bone

So these i will definitely order again. very flavorable. There were 4 bones that were very meaty. I added carrots,potatoes and Brussel sprouts and put them in the instant pot for 5 min and they were delicious 😋

So good! I like the soup, added cabbages so good!

Fall of the bone tender! Not too salty at all!
