Spicy Mekabu Pickle Base - Simply Mix with Vegetables
This powdered "pickle base" is made with only domestically sourced ingredients, including mekabu from Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, kelp and apples from Hokkaido, and chili peppers from Kyushu, and is free of artificial seasonings.
