I stir-fry the chicken with garlic and onions first, wait until the chicken is slightly browned, then add a small spoonful of Taiwan's [must-have steak] Pingao Black Pepper Steak Sauce and stir-fry together. Delicious. Adjust the taste by yourself, add a little seasoning first and add more according to taste. Stir-fried beef tastes best, but stir-fried chicken and pork are both delicious. It's hard to find such delicious food in the United States.
