It's a noodle that is made using 100% barley without mixing in any wheat flour, allowing you to taste the authentic flavor of barley. This noodle can be boiled in hot water, rinsed in cold water, drained using a colander, and then either mixed in a hot broth or served in a cool soup.
How to Cook
Please DO NOT follow the boiling instructions provided on the package.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then cover with a lid and let it sit for 5-6 minutes.
Rinse the noodles in cold water 3-4 times.
