Arrived melted and very soft- not fresh!

Good quality, doesn’t have a lot of water. You only need to pat them with a paper towel after thawing, and they sear just fine. Used in yaki soba with shiitake mushrooms, it was delicious.

It definitely looked bigger in pictures, the scallops are a bit small but still taste good
