Super convenient and great price! To make this sauce from scratch, it will take me over an hour, but thanks to Weee!, I can make chicken mole in less than half an hour! The sauce is delicious and my family loves the chicken mole I made with this sauce. It needs to be dissolved in hot water first. It's really pasty and difficult to work with straight out of the jar, but it's got a rich, deep flavor.
