Surprisingly big. Smells good too.

Made lotus root soup with the dried octopus and it gave so much umami that I didn’t even need to add salt to the soup.

So happy that wee carried this. Made the soup especially tasty. Already added another pack to my cart.

Dried octopus is tasty and chewy. I cut it up and used it to make soup. Definitely added flavor to the soup.

I'm looking forward to cook my mon's pork ribs soup with dried octopus! I made the soup with dried scallops but the it didn't have the same umame factor that the dried octopus gives.
