HK Diamond Bakery- Egg tart 2pc

Flaky crust and very custard-y. I liked it.

Bigger than I expected and cost is comparable or cheaper than dimsum restaurant. Yummy

Reheated these in the toaster oven for a couple minutes and got a nice, flaky crust. So yummy!

Package not handled well my yummy pastry is out of its package! Pastry good! Handling not good!

Crust a little soggy but throw in the air fryer first a few minutes & it crisps up nicely.

Came with a paper bag delivery. I air-fry it for 5 minutes to make it warmer and hopefully crispy. However, the egg tarts are on the flaky side with multiple layers not the crispy one. The egg pudding on the inside is tastes a little sweet and watery. Overall it just an okay tart compared to other Asian bakeries.
