How to take care of enamel cookware?
Before first use: Wash the enamel pot with clean water, dry it, then apply cooking oil to the interior. Let the oil dry naturally before use. During cooking, use silicone or wooden spatulas.

How to preventing enamel from peeling off?
Avoid empty heating - Always add oil or water before cooking. Gradually increase heat and maintain low or medium temperature.
Let it cool naturally - never rinse hot pot with cold water or place it in the refrigerate directly.
