Evae Snowy Mochi Pistachio Cake 100 g

I ate half of this frozen and the mochi outer layer just melted in my mouth…great mochi. The pistachio doesn’t really have any flavor, but the chocolate in the middle tasted good. The cake part didn’t really have a flavor either. The other half I ate at room temperature and everything was soft and pillowy, creamy. The cake was light and fluffy. The mochi outer layer was the best part of this dessert. I wish it had more much more pistachio flavor. The cake needs some vanilla flavor too.

The texture and flavor of the chocolate was really nice, but I didn't really taste much of a pistachio flavor. But it's not bad.

Not that good. It’s not ice cream, more like frozen whipped cream. Very light and not sweet. The pistachio flavor is very light. But a little too flavorless for me.

Maybe I took too long to defrost.

Finally got to eat this kind of dessert, I like everything with pistachio elements
