This eyebrow pencil is extremely disappointing. The color shown on the website is very different from what I received. The actual product is very light in color and almost impossible to apply—it barely shows on the skin. What’s worse, the customer service was terrible. I contacted them within 5 days of receiving the item, and they claimed the return window had already expired. That makes no sense—in the U.S., most stores offer at least a 30-day return policy. Saying it’s too late after just 5 days is completely unreasonable. I strongly do not recommend this store. Don’t fall for it like I did!
