Horrible quality. The product I received does not match the description. This lamb rack is missing the fat layer entirely, and both the quality and appearance are significantly different from what I’ve received in previous orders.

Very tender and delicious lamb, especially when crusted with Dijon mustard, panko and herbs.

I have purchasing this item for almost a year. And I found a lamb in Costco…same price different portion. I will cook both to compare the flavors. But Costco rarely loss in quality competition, so I had the feeling that the lamb on Weee might be a bit over priced.
