Pretty good! Air fried a few mins w/ Thai basil & a little salt.

Second time buying. Liked it so much we bought two boxes this time. Even two boxes is cheaper than a plate of salt pepper pork from a restaurant and this has no bones so it’s worth it.

Quite disappointed. Not as good as what I normally get. Super greasy with chunks of fat occasionally. Has whole peppercorns in it, but still not flavorful enough.

Dry and hard. Never buy it again.

Cold and not crispy but tasted good!
