I can' t believe that whoever made and cooked this gizzard, they didn't know how to clean it, disgusting so gross! They're supposed to take it off the "muscular walls" of the gizzard. I attached some pictures for you to see. Will never buy this again...

I fried it instead of bbqueing it . Very good pulutan and paired it with Sanmiglight yay ! So yummy and crispy .
