This sauce was alright and it is a good portion size for three people. It had chunks of ground meat and was sweet with a hint of tomato and cheese flavor. We ended up adding more ground meat, chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper banana ketchup, Italian sausage, fish sauce, and a freshly diced tomato to enhance the flavor. The sauce alone without the additions would be bland on top of spaghetti. We cooked it for 25 min or so, added a little more cheese, and mixed in el dente spaghetti. Turned out pretty good! We had the dish with a loaded baked potato and it was very very hearty.
