Handmade Bun with Fresh Meat and Bamboo Shoots

There appears to be mixed responses to whether or not these bao buns have bamboo shoots in it. I got curious and wanted to try these for myself. There were bamboo shoots in mine. These make a wonderful snack or if you're looking for something quick to eat. I heated up the meat buns in the air fryer on 360°F/180°C and 6 minutes (if you want them golden, then put 8 minutes). The bun is crispy yet chewy, and meat is flavorful. I kinda wished there was more filling, but aside from that, these are tasty!

Steamed for 20min these buns are awesome

I normally warm them up with steamer and they would taste perfect. So convenient. Have re-ordered several times. The meat w bamboo ones are tastier than the purely meat ones. Just wish the meat fillings are less brown colored.

Place on top of the mug with a little bit of water and heat up for 2 mins in the microwave, came out perfectly soft and hot. Very tasty, will buy again
