Har Har bean paste is made according to ancient methods.  They carefully select high-quality soybeans that are dried thoroughly, stirred with a wooden spoon instead of metal, then adding sesame oil. The beans are properly fermented, and the sesame oil has a strong fragrance, making a fragrant, spicy, sweet bean paste. It makes for a great dipping sauce, stir-fry, seasoning, and more.
