these pork belly are perfect for homemade c💖har siu topping for ramen. super juicy and tender. definitely will buy again when it's time for char siu making 🍜

i was excited to see iberico pork belly and ordered 2 of these. when i opened the package and but in it in half, it was all fat. couldn't eat it at all.

best pork i’ve ever tried. the taste and flavor is so gooooood. after try the iberico pork, it’d be hard to go back to non-iberico pork again. It’s quite pricy for pork but it’s worth it. no porky gamy smell of the regular pork meat yet but very flavorful and the fragance of meat is unmatched like other. will try other types of Iberico pork. Big hit for us. Used to make shreded it pork with shreded pork skin dish, and it turned out the best so far.

Too fatty for me,

Acorn Seekers is definitely the golden standard. Beautiful, clean fat running throughout the meat with incredible marbling. Grab your thermapen and cook this bad boy medium rare, then thank yourself. Then go buy more Acorn Seekers Iberico. The best belly chashu I've ever had!
