Iichiko Shochu Silhouette 750ml

Iichiko is made from 100% two-row barley and fermented with koji, which is the traditional secret to crafting Japanese cuisine with umami flavors such as soysauce and miso. Crafted in the Oita Prefecture, which is famous for its lush greenery of mountainous terrain, cedar forests, and hotsprings, Iichiko uses water that is iron-free and naturally filtered through 1000 feet of volcanic rock. On the palate, Silhouette is light-bodied with a soft impact. It has a slightly sweet impression with a lean and bright finish.

Pair with tempura, chicken karaage, pork tonkatsu, or any Japanese dish.
